Jose Fernando da Costa Boucinhas

Jose Fernando da Costa Boucinhas is Partner-director of Boucinhas & Campos, economist, accountant, Master in Business Administration from New York University and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Sao Paulo. Has an extensive background in consulting,  responsible for several projects executed for clients of public and private areas. He was Secretary of State of Sao Paulo in the folders of Sanitation, Water Resources and Energy, Planning and Finance, from 1991 to 1994, was a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the companies AES Eletropaulo, Cia Paulista de Força e Luz, CESP, Comgas and SABESP. Taught for 17 years in doctoral programs and an MBA from Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of Sao Paulo (USP).

Luis Carlos da Costa Boucinhas

Luis Carlos da Costa Boucinhas is Partner-director of Boucinhas & Campos,  is an  electrical engineer / Electronic Polytechnical School of the University of Sao Paulo(USP) and Master degree in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). With nearly 30 years of professional experience, has directed several consulting projects and outsourcing of specialized services to public and private clients. His expertise has been primarily the Information Technology and Communication. He returned to Boucinhas & Campos  after serving as executive director of the internet portal Globo.com.

Celeste Boucinhas

As Partner-director of Boucinhas & Campos, Celeste Boucinhas is responsible for providing services and consultancy to a large number of clients and also conducting complex projects. She is  graduated in Public Relations from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and  Executive MBA from Pittsburgh University as well as certification in executive courses in business school at Harvard.

Joao Paulo Conti

Joao Paulo Conti became partner-director of RSM Boucinhas, Campos & Conti from the merger between the companies in July 2002. Was partner-director of Soteconti Independentes S/C since its inception in 1965. Bachelor in Economics and Accounting from Sao Paulo Faculty of Economics and in Business Administration from Mackenzie University. João Paulo is specialized  in auditing from New York University, Brazilian Economy and Human and Public Relations from Mackenzie University. Holds records in important associations such as the Regional Accounting Council of Sao Paulo.

Toshio Nishioka

Toshio Nishioka is auditor and director, has an extensive background in auditing, accounting, administration, finance, corporate and tax law. Graduated in Accounting from Sao Paulo Faculty and in Legal Sciences. He is Instructor of several training courses promoted by Boucinhas & Campos, and also a member of the Brazilian Institute of Accountants (IBRACON).

Carlos Alberto Doria

Carlos Alberto Doria has more than 14 years´ experience in consulting and in public administration, graduated in Sociology from University of São Paulo (USP) and post doctorate from University of Campinas (Unicamp). Carlos has held several management positions in the State of São Paulo and coordinated major projects in the public area in Brazil and abroad. Nowadays is dedicated to management projects to companies of food and heath segments.
