Tiago Martins is General Manager of Boucinhas & Campos, after significant passages in companies as Walt Disney World, Editora Abril, Consentes Institutional Building and American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, is an expert in implementation and management of new business and project, also management of multidisciplinary teams. Tiago is graduated in Business Administration from Anhembi Morumbi University, Executive MBA from Pittsburgh University and is certified in Global Executive Forums (Prague and India).

After earning his degree in Business Administratrion from the Catholic University of Sao Paulo (PUC-SP) Guilherme Silva joined WisBrasil/Boucinhas&Campos in 2006. He has extensive experience in sales, strategic planning and sales team management. As General Manager is  responsible for all setting budgets guidelines, marketing activities, monitoring targets, indicators and procedures ISO 9001/2008, among others. With a deep expertise in the main tools and routines in Loss Prevention, has constantly achieved the results in order to propose solutions for retailers.  Guilherme holds also an MBA in Strategic Management and Business Economics from Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Project manager in Human Resources at Boucinhas&Campos, Stefania is graduated in Hospitality from SENAC and holds a Business Administration Certificate from Insper Institute. She is responsible for managing the human resources team, focusing on specific projects for each customer in the Consulting, she has also experience in planning, business and project management. Committed to social projects, has participated effectively in educational and recreational projects for young people and children.
